The Society has a Residential Co-operative Training Center at Koregaon to enhance the quality of the officers and employees of the Society by imparting training in new technologies from time to time. Contemplation and training camps are conducted from time to time for the office bearers, directors, members and officers of the organization. Through it, vision and mission are decided by looking to the future. Human resource development through training promotes job quality, efficiency and effectiveness while at the same time motivating employees to grow with the organization and build a formal commitment to be more productive. All the branches of the organization are computerized and updated and all the divisional offices are communicated through video conferencing. A core banking system has been implemented in the organization.
Shivkrupa Sahakar training center is the official co-operative training center of the Department of Co-operation, Government of Maharashtra. It is also available for training to other co-operative societies. Appropriate and planned training is conducted by experts.
